2003 is an important year regarding activities in Indonesia: Current activities are successfully continued by signing several contracts (some of them consecutive contracts)  for the supply of medical equipment to a number of medical facilities and hospitals in Semarang and in the Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). After handing over service contracts for maintenance safeguard the smooth operation of the equipment thus ensuring the envisaged sustainability of investment - an important aspect for obtaining financing for these projects through German softloan provided by Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau.

Medical equipment is supplied to the general hospital R.S. Dr. Kariadi (1100 beds) in Semarang as well as five hospitals on three islands of Nusa Tenggara Timur Province (NTT). In the following year, 2004, a further contract is signed for NTT, providing 13 hospitals on five islands with medical equipment.
